About the role

Teach live one-to-one classes, review projects, run mock interviews and give feedback that helps learners improve. Work alongside other mentors and support learners in your area of expertise.

What you will do

• Deliver live one-to-one classes in your domain.
• Guide mini and major projects.
• Run mock interviews with clear feedback.
• Help learners improve resumes, LinkedIn profiles and relevant portfolios.
• Track progress and identify learning gaps.
• Support interview preparation and job-search skills.

What we are looking for

• 2–3 years of hands-on industry experience.
• Strong fundamentals and clear explanations.
• Good spoken and written communication.
• Patience and interest in helping people learn.
• Honest, constructive feedback.
• Availability for on-site work at the confirmed location.

Preferred background

• Teaching, training or mentoring experience.
• Interviewing or hiring experience.
• Real projects you can explain to learners.
• Understanding of entry-level hiring in your field.
