About the role

Build and improve TeachGrow’s enrollment, payments, live-class scheduling, progress tracking and learner experience.

What you will do

• Build and maintain frontend and backend features.
• Work on payments, scheduling and learner dashboards.
• Write tested code and review teammates’ work.
• Build APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Improve performance, reliability and security.
• Turn product and operations needs into working features.

What we are looking for

• Age 18–25 years.
• 1–2 years of professional development experience.
• Relevant frontend and backend development skills.
• Experience with APIs and databases.
• Familiarity with Git and code reviews.
• Clear communication and problem-solving.
• Availability for on-site work at the confirmed location.

Preferred background

• Payment gateway integrations.
• CI/CD and cloud deployment.
• Performance, SEO or accessibility work.
• Ed-tech, SaaS or e-commerce experience.
• Personal projects or open-source contributions.
